Americans are going away for summer vacations, and for many that means having to eat fast food on the road. Although Americans seem to be more discerning these days -- customer satisfaction with fast food restaurants is at a five-year low --? they still consume plenty of the stuff. Here are the most popular fast food restaurants in the U.S., according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index's Annual Restaurant Survey:
